I was dreaming. Jogging through a misty dead forest, I almost ran into a tree with a piano-looking growth. It is important to mention that it was not a piano that had been slowly consumed by sitting over a sapling, but a structure that had naturally grown over many years. I found that I could play it, and liked that it was out in the woods where no one could hear me practice.

Detail of piano part. Now that I am awake and thinking about it... I'm guessing that the wires from the limited number of keys must travel up the trunk. When I played it in the dream, it specifically sounded like that was the case. It had a hollow, wooden sound to it.
