THis turtle was hard to make. All the sand on the beach was full of sawdust, and chunks of seaweed, and rocks, and shells. SO We sifted a BUNCH of dry sand through a window screen. THen we made it wet with water, which was FULL of nasty shredded seaweed, and jellyfish, and foam. We dumped that water through the screen as well, we ended up with pristine sand, and less chunky water...great sculpting materials.
